Admission Rules

 (1) For UG Courses, the minimum eligibility criterion is 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board /         university.
(2) For PG courses, the minimum eligibility criterion is Graduation from any recognized University in India or       abroad.
Enrolment Process 
After through scrutiny of the application, the Suresh Gyan Vihar University – Distance Education (SGVU-DE) will confirm the admission of the student found eligible. 

The eligible student will be assigned an Enrolment Number. 

The Enrolment number assigned to the eligible student will remain valid for the entire period of course / study subject to the payment of full course fee for the respective years.

Admission of any of the student, if not found eligible is liable to be cancelled. 

Till the eligible student is issued Enrolment No., all the correspondence may be done by the student by mentioning his / her application number, name and course.
Important Instructions:- 
Admission will be given subject to the eligibility of the candidate.

Prospective students seeking admission online should ensure their eligibility.

Application received after due date will not be entertained.

All necessary certificates and testimonials should be submitted along with the application form.

If at any stage, it is found that a candidate has furnished any wrong or misleading information, his/her candidature will be cancelled immediately. In any such case, no claim for refund of any type will be entertained.
The university reserves the right to change the course curriculum.

The information given in the prospectus is an indication of the university's plans as on date of publication of this document. Details can be updated from time to time for academic and operational reasons. The students will be governed by latest regulations.

In the event of any inconsistency in the rules framed for admission or any clarification with respect to the above said rules/instructions, the matter shall be referred to the admission counsel for interpretation and the interpretation given by the admission counsel shall be final. The Admission counsel is also competent to remove any inconsistency and decide which provision shall take precedence over the other.

The University has the right to revise the fee without prior notice.
